Spray 13&#215;9 pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Layer onions, peppers, potatoes and cheese in baking dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stir remaining ingredients in large bowl until blended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour over ingredients in baking dish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cool 5 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Can be made up the night before and refrigerated.
